Cancelation Policy

We understand that cancellation policies are not a comfortable subject, as we are a busy salon, late cancellations and no shows result in other clients missing out on appointment opportunities and a therapist’s day being disrupted.
At Muskaan Nails & Beauty we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online. We are more than happy to reschedule or cancel appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours notice. 

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances. 

Therefore, we kindly request that to avoid incurring unnecessary costs and as a matter of common courtesy, 24 hours notice is given if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given or you do not show for your appointment a charge of 50% of the treatment will be added to your account. ​
